I'm just an overzealous Tim Horton's employee with an abject obsession with Dominic Monaghan and everything Irish. I feel my chest is too big and my life experience too small. I want to get out of highschool and move on with my life. Sometimes I feel like 16 going on 30, and theres nothing I can do about it. I've a boyfriend who loves me to death and he's the best thing that could ever happen to me. I was nominated for the Tech Award at school and was beat out by a kid who made a pretty dresser. Well screw you. Not like I was choosing it as a career path anyway. Maybe I should light your dresser on fire. Then we'll see who wins. Cause remember, I kick some serious ass when soldering. I'm addicted to the radio and music videos and obscure bands no one has heard of. Though I hate female singers. I can't stand their voices. I have one, out of 82 songs on media player that is sung by a female.

Sometimes I feel like my soul is aching. I need something else.
I'm finally succeeding and it isn't enough. Maybe it was the near death experience I had last night as we almost got t-boned by an enormous SUV and I was thrown against the windshield that did it.

For the love of God. Wear a seatbelt.

I have a renewed passion for living, and I'd like to stay that way.

Roll with the punches and keep your chin high, you never got anywhere by letting yourself get beat down. I don't believe in being mean to someone simply because I don't like them. You should never burn a bridge, you may need to cross it one day.

As for myself, life's too short to dwell on the things that make you unhappy. Why bother? It's just one less minute spent happy and satisfied. Some people are bothered by the 'life's too short' line, seeing as how its the longest commitment any one of us will make. But it's an awfully good reminder.
